Americk Packaging employ nearly 700 staff over 6 manufacturing sites. The brief was to pull together what was a fragmented brand strategy under a single identity. The attached brand guidelines were produced in consultation with the senior management team and rolled out across the business. Vision Consulting Group managed the whole process which incorporated every branded item from uniforms to stationery, from killer sales presentations to a new website layout and content and also included internal communications. We delivered 23 staff briefings to every shift and staff member in every site. Explaining what the brand strategy meant to them and how to utilise the brand guidelines in the day to day operations. This was the most important aspect by far.
